Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality in-home care across the western states. You’ll assess patients, create personalized care plans, and work autonomously in patients' homes while coordinating with a broader care team.

You will educate patients and families on treatment plans, monitor progress, and participate in on-call rotations as needed. A valid RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with priority for home health or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.
• Home health or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a patient caseload effectively.
