The RN Care Manager is responsible for managing the continuum of care from admission through discharge for assigned patients. The role requires knowledge of RN scope of practice, current state requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, EMTALA, Patient Bill of Rights, AB 1203, and other relevant regulations. The RN Care Manager collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, uses evidence-based practices, relevant data, and complies with UAMS's mission and core values.
*Hybrid remote staffing model may be available, but not required. Remote work depends on departmental staffing needs.
