Responsibilities

• Owns and leads care management processes to optimize length of stay and readmission outcomes.
• Develops policies to ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, legal standards and accreditation rules.
• Monitors data collection to improve reimbursement and patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with clinical and financial staff to meet hospital financial goals.
