• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation of a compliant Care Management program.
• Provides leadership and direction to staff.
• Conducts chart reviews to evaluate severity and intensity of services.

Skills

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms

Education

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
