It supports professional practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and involves leadership activities such as preceptoring and quality improvement efforts.

A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle and sponsorship for TN visas is available

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with eligibility to practice in the state.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and teach others.
• Experience in leadership roles and quality improvement efforts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care across the continuum of care.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Participate in transitions of care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Demonstrate leadership through preceptor roles and committee involvement.
