Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a qualified RN for our Cookeville facility to deliver high-quality nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and manage resident plans. You will document care, assist with ADLs, and coordinate admissions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year clinical experience (LTAC/LTC preferred), and strong observation and communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is preferred.
• Strong documentation and medication administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' condition and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete clinical documentation per facility policy and procedure.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
