Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues; plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
