Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our caregiving team in Waterloo, IA. You will mentor CNAs, develop and follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and ensure high-quality resident care with compassionate communication to families and physicians.

Shifts are 1st 6:00am-2:00pm or 2nd 2:00pm-10:00pm, with every other weekend. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license for the State of Iowa.
• CPR certification.
• Demonstrates leadership and compassion.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for the care and well being of the residents in your charge.
• Direct train and mentor the CNAs on your team.
• Assess residents' needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and direct care as prescribed.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges of residents.
