Job summary

Applicants must have an associate degree in Nursing or equivalent and should be pursuing a BSN. Relevant experience or participation in a Nurse Residency Program will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma in Nursing degree.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a caregiver for specific patients to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinates patient care and activities among nursing peers and physicians.
• Directs care provided by other caregivers.
