• Develop provisional treatment program within 24–48 hours of admission.
• Review daily treatment plans with physicians, nurses and families.
• Participate in patient rounds to contribute to plan of care and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with other departments to expedite interventions and services.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up to ensure smooth transitions.
