Aspirus St. Luke's Clinic in Duluth, MN is seeking an RN Care Coordinator to join the Cardiology Associates team. The role supports the TAVR, Watchman, PFO Closure, and High-Risk PCI care coordination programs at St. Luke's Hospital and Regional Cardiovascular Center.

Salary ranges hourly from $34.76 to $49.69 with DAY ONLY, 8-hour shifts. Full-time position; generally no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in the care of Cardiovascular patients (Emergency/Cardiovascular Care or ICU Cardiovascular Care).
• Current Minnesota nursing license. BLS Certification from AHA, ARC or Military Training Network.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S CLINIC in Duluth, MN is seeking an RN CARE COORDINATOR to join our CARDIOLOGY ASSOCIATES team!

Salary Range: $34.76 - $49.69 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends
FTE: FULL TIME, 1.0 FTE or 80 Hours Biweekly

The RN Coordinator-Structural Heart is accountable to the Cardiology Clinic Manager for the planning, coordination and evaluation of services and system elements for the TAVR program, Watchman program, PFO Closure program, and High-Risk PCI care coordination at St. Luke's Hospital and Regional Cardiovascular Center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: See Licensure/Certification/Registration requirements.
• Experience: Three (3) years experience in the care of Cardiovascular patients: Emergency/Cardiovascular Care or ICU Cardiovascular Care. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in computer applications. Experience in educational staff development, public speaking or teaching.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Minnesota nursing license. BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association, American Red Cross or Military Training Network.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience: Supervisory experience.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Maintain minimum of 8 hours of TAVR/PCI education annually

Knowledge of current practice in Emergency and ICU Nursing. Knowledge of and proficiency in using personal computer technology, Microsoft Office. Ability to project and articulate well; to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff; to listen and receive information and suggestions from others; to exercise good judgment and accept personal responsibility; to establish priorities, and to maintain confidentiality.

• WRITING - Advanced: Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
• SPEAKING - Advanced: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, top management, public groups, clients, customers, and the general public.
