Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review patient charts to ensure documentation supports plan of care and justify admission/continued stay.
• Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary rounds; discuss length of stay and resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals to optimize care pathways and problem-solve barriers.
• Communicate with reimbursement departments and payers for authorizations and updates.
