Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) day-shift role with an evening/weekend/holiday call rotation. Compensation is $43.89 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will provide direct patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as supervising delegated nursing tasks per hospital policy.

Qualifications

• BSN or other nursing degree considered on an individual basis.
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• BLS current or completed within three months of hire
• One year acute care experience preferred
• Must be available for orientation first two weeks on day shift

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care procedures and nursing skills.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per policy and standards.
• Supervise delegated nursing acts and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
