Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth is seeking a registered nurse for the Interventional Cath Lab with 1 year cath lab experience. The role includes procedural sedation, STEMI call coverage, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time day position requires Massachusetts RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and strong patient education skills. On-site work in Plymouth, MA with scheduled 10-hour shifts and weekend/holiday call expectations.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN License.
• AHA ACLS and BLS Certified.
• Experience in Procedural Sedation.
• 1 year current Interventional Cath Lab experience required.
• Knowledge of Cath Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring; Proficient in McKesson documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, mental, and psychosocial status of patient using age-appropriate knowledge.
• Plans, evaluates and supervises care of all patients assigned.
• Collaborates with other disciplines in patient care.
• Primary RN in various cardiovascular tests/procedures.
• Participates in educational programs to improve skills.
• Explain procedures to patient and family; prepare patient for tests.
