Description:This position involves managing cardiac devices in an outpatient setting.The role includes post-operative wound checks and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.Experience with remote monitoring of devices is essential.The workload will vary from day to day, covering planned clinic visits and device consultations.Common patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.Familiarity with device types such as Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Abbott, and Biotronik is preferred.The electronic medical record system used is Epic, along with a device management system.There is a requirement to cover outpatient settings and travel between locations.The dress code is scrubs with no specific color preference.No weekend or holiday work is required.No on-call or standby duty is expected.Support is available from permanent staff and device representatives.
