Job Description

The RN Cardiothoracic (CT) Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for managing, coordinating care, and developing education for patients with advanced congenital heart conditions, cardiovascular diseases, procedures, and treatments. The Coordinator collaborates with various specialists and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, delivering family-centered services that meet SCHC/SCPA standards in the Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic Service Line. The role requires strong knowledge of congenital heart conditions and cardiovascular treatments, and effective communication with referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
