Job summary

The Staff Pad, in partnership with a regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI, is hiring Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.

In this role, you’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced skills with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This full-time position offers day and night rotations with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Experienced RNs and new graduates are welcome to apply.
