Job summary

The Staff Pad and a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI seek Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit. You’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced clinical skills through hands‑on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time with 12‑hour shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork essential.
• Experienced RNs and new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients.
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips.
