Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time, night-shift Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a 656-bed hospital.

You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care, provide age-appropriate nursing across the lifespan, develop individualized care plans, and ensure adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved RN program.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure effective treatment.
• Providing age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
• Developing and modifying individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all rules and regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
