Job summary

Mercy in Washington, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for their high-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining professional accountability. This full-time position offers night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, the RN will care for patients with various cardiac conditions. Competitive sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license applicable in Missouri.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days.
• Physical ability to lift or move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with other departments.

High‑paced 35‑bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for STEMI, CHF, arrhythmia, BP management, stroke, and post‑cardiac catheterization patients.

Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 1:4 with PCA support.
