Mercy Hospital South in Missouri is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Telemetry to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding patient rights and confidentiality, and maintain standards aligned with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, current RN license (Missouri or compact), and BLS certification.

Formación

• Education options include ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

Registered Nurse (RN – Cardiac Telemetry)

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week | Night Shift

Sign-On Bonus:

• Experienced Nurses:Up to$10,000

• New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience):Up to$5,000

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• Nursing Diploma

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:

Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience:

Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.

Certifications:

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred

• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred

• Experience:Prior experience in specialty area or similar clinical setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift

• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
