Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time night shift role offers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays, and a competitive pay range based on experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or an ADN with a plan to obtain a BSN) and possesses 1+ year of inpatient RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS within one year of start date, and strong

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) or ADN with plan to obtain BSN within five years.
• 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• If ADN is highest degree, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification required.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit

Location: Edward Main Hospital - Naperville

Full Time: 36 hours/week

Hours: Nights 7:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays

What you will need:

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Required License and/or Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
• Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
