Job summary

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking a Pre/Post Cath Lab Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will deliver high-quality, efficient care in a procedural setting and join a collaborative, patient-centered team committed to excellence.

You will assess and manage care for patients before, during, and after procedures, assist physicians, and maintain accurate records while administering medications per orders.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Diploma is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• No travel required and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Pre/Post Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
