Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses; adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Document care activities and outcomes in the EMR accurately.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; provide guidance and support.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following infection control protocols.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per established protocols.
