Job summary

AdventHealth in Deland, Florida is hiring a registered nurse (RN) for a night shift. Eligible clinicians can earn up to 20% salary increases through the Clinical Ladder Program, with a salary range up to $52.76 per hour and potential sign-on/relocation assistance based on eligibility.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure

Position Details

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Night Shift Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to $3,000 Relocation Assistance Based on meeting eligibility requirements; 2-year commitment required.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
