Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for perioperative and operating room care. You will provide general nursing care, assess and plan patient needs, and collaborate with the care team in the Cardiac Imaging Lab.

The RN is accountable under the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate. The role supports safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization, with a Day shift and a 32-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred after 5 years).
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document outcomes.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to policy.
• Engage in leadership and process-improvement activities within the team.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
