Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an RN Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to provide high-acuity nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You will use advanced imaging and monitoring to support care from assessment through recovery.

You will perform pre-procedure preparation, administer conscious sedation, and deliver intra- and post-procedure nursing care, rapidly responding to hemodynamic changes and collaborating with the cardiology team to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• Strong critical care and hemodynamic assessment skills.
• Experience with conscious sedation monitoring and post-procedure recovery.
• Ability to act quickly in high-acuity, rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessment and pre-procedure preparation.
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation as appropriate.
• Deliver intra-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
• Rapidly respond to hemodynamic changes and emergent clinical situations.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and the care team.
• Maintain strict safety, infection control, and quality standards.
