Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN to provide direct, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced cardiovascular unit. You will work with a collaborative team dedicated to patient safety and excellent outcomes.

You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary discharge planning. The role requires completing ACLS/BLS within 30 days and holding an RN or APRN license with appropriate education.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• RN or APRN licensure in good standing.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate care as primary point of contact for disciplines.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.

JOBSUMMARY:

We are seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN tojoin our healthcare team. Your primaryfunction is to provide direct nursing care inaccordance with establishedpolicies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.You will proactively assumeresponsibility and accountability for several patients during a designated timeframe whilefollowing policies and procedures. Youwill work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

In this role you will:

• Implementandmonitorpatient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carryout physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’sdischarge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
