Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Pavilion on 12-hour night shifts.

You will evaluate patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining thorough documentation and safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Current RN licensure and ability to obtain/maintain licensure in Missouri or via compact licensure.
• Preferred one year of RN experience.
• BLS certification required, with additional certifications as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care.

The nurse coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality, all in alignment with organizational standards, values, and mission.
