Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse for ambulatory oncology infusion in a hospital clinic setting. You will work with Nurse Navigator, MD, NP, and triage RNs, administering medications, monitoring patients, and coordinating care.

The role requires an RN license, 0–1 year clinical nursing experience, and oncology/OCN exposure is preferred. On-site work with a 4x10 hour shift pattern and a remote day after orientation may apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (state).
• Nursing degree at least an Associate's; Bachelor's preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year required.

Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
