Qualifications

• Master’s in Nursing is required.
• Active, unencumbered Compact RN license.
• Three years of asynchronous higher education teaching experience.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate RN‑BSN curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop RN‑BSN curriculum and course offerings.
• Supervise and evaluate faculty; coordinate adjunct orientation.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
• Coordinate budgeting, equipment, and scheduling for the RN‑BSN program.
• Engage with community and college committees to promote student success.
