Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a registered nurse for our Bridge to Higher Acuity II Program—from PCU to ICU—with a focus on building advanced skills and confidence in caring for critically ill patients.

You will start on the night shift in Progressive Care Units (PCU) and transition to dual roles between PCU and ICU as you gain experience, receiving mentorship and a structured development plan. Full-time, 36 hours weekly, nights in Omaha.

Qualifikationen

• BSN or MSN from an accredited college of nursing; ADN graduates must complete within 5 years of hire.

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and education to patients.
• Develop, monitor, and revise patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Ensure safe discharge planning and patient/family education.
