You will oversee clinical services and daily branch operations across Renton, Tacoma, and Lynnwood to ensure exceptional patient care while improving financial performance.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license.
• 2+ years leading healthcare programs.
• 3-5 years people management in home health care.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for a branch.
• Experience leading multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and clinical services across multiple locations.
• Drive performance against KPIs, quality standards, and financial goals.
• Provide administrative oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.
• Lead staff hiring, training, coaching, and development.
