Work Schedule: Full-time / 40 Hours

Position Type: On-site

Branch Location: St Louis, MO

This is not a remote or work-from-home position. This position requires you to sit on-site at our St Louis, MO branch location.

The RN Branch Director is accountable for managing the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, supporting business development & patient base growth, achieving key performance indicators, and managing/developing staff. The Branch Director supervises the branch/clinical staff and is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding certification and licensure. They are also responsible for long-range planning, fiscal viability, and quality of care, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring staff, and monitoring organizational performance.

Essential Functions

  • Develops, plans, implements, analyzes, and organizes branch operations.
  • Ensures the delivery of care for all patients by supervising Clinical Managers.
  • Works with the Area Director of Operations or AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals.
  • Provides support and supervision to clinical leadership to promote effective performance and quality services.
  • Maintains efficient, productive, and safe office operations in compliance with regulations.
  • Conducts quality improvement meetings, reviews patient satisfaction data, and follows up on surveys and referral source feedback.
  • Communicates with senior management for direction, problem-solving, and program implementation.
  • Partners with sales and account management to meet admission goals and participates in marketing initiatives.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Active/unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
  • Minimum of 3 years healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
  • At least 1 year of home health experience.
  • Management and leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.
  • Experience with quality improvement tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards.
  • OASIS experience and certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CMS PDGM billing model (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

Additional Information

  • Hours: M-F / 8 am - 5 pm (ET)
  • On-Call required.
  • Branch size: 220 Census (4.0 STAR rating)
  • Annual bonus eligibility.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $85,400 - $117,500 annually, based on experience and location. Bonus potential based on performance.
