Adoration Health, part of Adoration Home Health, seeks a RN Branch Director in Clanton, AL to lead clinical services and set care standards. This leadership role oversees branch operations, ensures quality patient outcomes, and reports to clinical and operational leadership.

The position offers full-time hours with a strong focus on improving branch performance, staff development, and delivering compassionate home health care in the Clanton area.

Competenze

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory experience in home health.
• 5 years in leadership or business development preferred.
• Valid license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, safe office operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Address deficiencies from surveys or audits.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with Clinical Managers.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate branch performance.
