Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Branch Director in Dallas to lead clinical and operational teams in a large home health operation. The role emphasizes compliance, strategic leadership, and community partnership to advance quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, have 2+ years of nursing experience in the last 36 months, and 1 year in home health, with strong communication and tech skills to navigate Oasis and HCHB workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed in the state of practice or eligible for licensure via nurses licensure compact.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in the previous 36 months and 1 year in home health.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home care operations.
• Excellent communication and supportive, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Supervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services of a large Home Health operation. Manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations. The Branch Director also participates in community awareness and education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Must be licensed in the state in which they currently practice, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for nurse licensure compact for the state in which they practice. Must have at least two years of nursing experience within the immediately previous 36 months. Must have one year experience in home health. Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
• The Branch Director must have excellent communication skills and the ability to execute an effective, supportive sensitive approach in response to needs of the employees and the patients and their families.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Previous experience in management is highly preferred.
• Experience with Oasis and HCHB highly preferred

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
