Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Center seeks an RN for the G110 Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, document patient conditions, and administer prescribed meds on a 7:00am–7:30pm or 7:30pm–7:00am rotation. Minimum qualifications include ADN/BSN, Ohio RN license, and BLS certification; one year of acute care RN experience is preferred. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the G110 unit.
• Implement, monitor, and revise patient care plans.
• Record and communicate patients' conditions to care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Follow physician and nursing orders and document actions.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
