The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serving as a resource for staff and modeling our organizational values to support excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
