Beth Israel Lahey Health's Birthplace unit is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN to join the Birthplace on a 24hpw schedule with a 6:50p-7:20a shift and weekend, holiday and on-call rotations. The Birthplace is a 12-bed unit with labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum care and a nursery staffed by obstetricians, CNMs, pediatricians and neonatologists.

RNs must hold a MA license and have L&D and Mother/Baby experience, plus BLS and ACLS, NRP, and evidence of AWHONN EFM continuing education.

Qualificações

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Labor and Delivery experience required
• Mother/Baby experience required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire
• NRP required upon hire
• Evidence of recent AWHONN EFM continuing education required upon hire

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for patients in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn periods.
• Maintain advanced fetal monitoring and breastfeeding education as part of routine care.
• Participate in OR scrub and circulating roles as needed.
