Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing needs, planning and implementing nursing care, initiating interventions, evaluating responses, and ensuring quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
