Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provides and coordinates nursing care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and developing care plans.
• Documents medical records and educates patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Administers medications per orders, with patient identification, and documents administration.
• Notifies providers of significant changes in patient status and responses to medications.
• Maintains accurate medication control and security, including narcotics.
• Participates in hand-offs and unit activities, and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
