Job summary

Mercy St. Louis Hospital is seeking a full-time RN for the Behavioral Health department on the night shift.

The role centers on delivering patient care through the nursing process, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications include an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, and BLS certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
