Qualifications

• Must provide two professional references from two different places of employment.
• Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas with at least 6 months of preferred nursing experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or community clinic settings.
• Experience with dual-diagnosis and behavioral health is a plus.
• Valid photo ID and current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Must pass urine drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with state guidelines.
• Conduct health assessments for residents.
• Assist with vaccinations and testing as needed.
• Document care activities accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with case management and follow guidance from nursing supervisors to support resident care plans.
