Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Behavioral Health Call Center/Intake Unit at the APH location in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The role focuses on triage, coordination of transfers, and tele/intake assessments to ensure safe, patient-centered behavioral health care.

You will work within a unified nursing team, delivering comprehensive care, utilizing evidence-based practice, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide an optimal patient

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• The role supports behavioral health intake and call center operations, triage, and coordination of transfers and admissions as needed.
