Advantage Behavioral Health Systems in Athens, GA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center, delivering direct patient care and crisis stabilization for patients in acute distress.

Under the guidance of the Charge Nurse and NP, you will monitor patients, administer medications, document in the EMR, and participate in safety protocols during high-acuity shifts. This full-time position involves three 12-hour shifts with every-other weekend.

Formación

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• BSN preferred or higher education recommended.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in behavioral health crisis.
• Administer medications as orders and monitor effects.
• Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses in EMR.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Maintain patient safety and follow protocols during high-acuity shifts.
