Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver essential nursing care and health assessments within a behavioral health setting. This 1099 contract role focuses on integrating physical and mental health care and collaborating with clinical teams to support clients in recovery.

The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments after intake, manage ongoing health needs, and ensure holistic care aligns with treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RN with an active Ohio license.
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• NPI/Medicaid Provider Number.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and document findings.
• Manage medications and monitor patient safety.
• Coordinate care with clinical teams.
• Provide health education to clients.
• Monitor clients and follow up on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support detox and withdrawal management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
