ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with psychiatric experience to join our inpatient unit. The RN will deliver patient-centered care for individuals with mental health conditions, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a 12-hour night shift.

The position requires Virginia RN licensure, at least 2 years in psychiatric care, BLS, HWC, MANDT, and TOVA de-escalation training.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, HWC, MANDT, and TOVA-certified de-escalation/physical hold training.

Responsabilités

This position operates on a schedule from 06:45 PM to 07:15 AM, with every other weekend or as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in psychiatric care to join our Inpatient Nursing Unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with various mental health conditions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
