Job summary

Adoration Health, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse for Elizabethtown, NC. This role focuses on 1:1 patient care in the home, with weekend shifts and a supportive team environment.

You will assess patient needs, create care plans, administer medications, and educate families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. CPR certification required; RN license and valid driver's license needed.

Qualifications

• RN degree (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program with active/state license.
• One year nursing practice in patient care; Home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• CPR certification currently valid.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
