Southern HealthCare Management in Lincolnton, NC is hiring a Baylor Registered Nurse for 7pm-7am Friday–Sunday with a 12-hour shift schedule. We offer competitive base pay, OnShift Wallet, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive leadership team committed to growth and teamwork.

As an RN with ASN or higher and active NC licensure, you will provide medications administration, care planning, vital signs documentation, and assistive device management in a SNF/LTC setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of SNF/LTC nursing experience.

Base Rate Range: $39.00 - $43.00/hr

Responsibilities For a Baylor Registered Nurse

• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.

Qualifications For a Baylor Registered Nurse

• Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
• Clear and active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Min 1 yr experience as a nurse in SNF/LTC
