Southern HealthCare Management in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center with a new Baylor program allowing weekend-focused schedules. This full-time role offers options to concentrate hours while maintaining full-time hours or benefits.

We emphasize employee development, a supportive team, and a clean, efficient workplace. Responsibilities include direct patient care, med administration, and exams.

Qualificações

• ASN required in nursing.
• RN licensure in the state of practice (FL) required.
• CPR Certification required.

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.

Baylor schedules can allow qualified employees to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits.

• For example, a common Baylor schedule might be:


• Work: Saturday and Sunday


• Hours: Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour


• Two 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours
